Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible merchandise within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the item is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Nexus Builds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Item Exchanges
Nexus Builds does not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to obtain a different product must return the original item (if eligible under this Policy) and place a new order.
Qualified Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, the Customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on the Customer’s financial institution
- Any applicable fees, including restocking fees (if disclosed at the time of sale), may be deducted from the refund amount
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Nexus Builds’ error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nexus Builds is not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact Nexus Builds within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For Customers in the European Union, certain statutory rights may not apply under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Custom-Built Systems
PCs made to consumer specifications or personalized.
Opened Software
Any software where the seal has been broken.
Damaged Components
Parts damaged due to user installation error.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or items explicitly marked as final sale.
