All products and services provided by Nexus Builds are offered on an “as-is†and “as-available†basis, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Builds disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in writing.
While Nexus Builds makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy in system specifications, compatibility assessments, and performance expectations, no guarantee is made that any system will meet specific user requirements, subjective preferences, or performance outcomes beyond the explicitly stated specifications at the time of build confirmation.
The Customer acknowledges that custom-built computer systems may exhibit variations in performance due to a wide range of factors beyond Nexus Builds’ control, including but not limited to software configuration, operating system behavior, driver updates, environmental conditions, thermal factors, user modifications, and third-party hardware or software components.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Service (“Termsâ€) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,†“you,†or “yourâ€) and Nexus Builds (“Company,†“we,†“us,†or “ourâ€) governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services.
By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.
Services Offered
Nexus Builds specializes in premium PC engineering, custom system assembly, hardware upgrades, and comprehensive diagnostic and repair services. Each project is individually designed and executed to meet the Customer’s specific requirements, performance goals, and intended use case.
All systems and services are custom-crafted, meaning no two builds are identical. Nexus Builds works closely with each Customer to ensure that selected components and configurations align with the agreed specifications at the time of purchase and build approval.
User Obligations
To initiate a custom build order, the Customer must submit a quote request through Nexus Builds’ designated submission process. Nexus Builds will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a written quote within approximately one (1) to three (3) business days; however, such timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
A non-refundable down payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total quoted price is required to initiate any custom build project. No materials shall be ordered, and no work shall commence, until such payment has been received and confirmed.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the build and must be paid prior to delivery, shipment, or release for pickup. Nexus Builds shall have no obligation to deliver, ship, or release any system until full payment has been received in cleared funds.
All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales taxes based on the shipping destination, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
Nexus Builds offers shipping within the United States only. Applicable shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of final invoicing and are subject to change based on carrier rates and availability.
Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Nexus Builds shall transfer to the Customer upon Nexus Builds’ delivery of the goods to the carrier.
Warranty and Support
Nexus Builds provides a limited one (1) year craftsmanship warranty covering defects in assembly, workmanship, and installation performed by Nexus Builds, commencing on the date of delivery. This warranty is limited solely to the correction of such workmanship-related defects and does not extend to any third-party components, parts, or materials.
All hardware components are subject exclusively to their respective manufacturer warranties, terms, and conditions.
Privacy Policy
Nexus Builds collects and uses Customer information solely for the purpose of providing services, processing transactions, fulfilling orders, and communicating regarding projects, support, and updates. Information collected may include, but is not limited to, name, contact details, billing information, and project specifications.
Nexus Builds does not sell, rent, or trade Customer personal information to third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them, the Company’s products or services, or the relationship between the parties, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
